Technologies.

Whilst making these products I learned lots of new things. For instance I have improved my photography skills. I needed to make sure I got the right lighting and props included in the photos. For props I used a pole, which Louise was swinging on. These photos were for the double page spread and the contents page. For the image on the front cover I didn’t use any props. Once I had the images I cut Louise out and put her on the black background. I then learned how to change the contrast and brightness, so I used this effect on the bigger pictures as it fitted in better with the bright, unusual style of the magazine. The bright colours this effect created would be more attractive to the reader than just the plain original photos.
I learned how to create the ripped paper effect on the front cover, with creating the regular rectangle then using the rubber tool to create the ripped edge.
